closeup - Ready or Not
These films tell the story of what non-normative couples go through when they are out and about. The external judgements that hold them back, the stares and the looks that intimidate. These are all things that can stop us from connecting with the ones we love. This piece of work was done to start debates and conversations in these communities to help normalise the unconventional couple.
closeup x vice - Lost Loves
We've all had a Lost Love, a person that got away for reasons out of our control. This was a project done together with vice telling the story of five couples that could've been. These couples faced different difficulties and in the end, had to terminate the relationship. This project is meant to help shed light on these barriers and to help start a conversation within communities to drive change.
